Exec Election Sign Up

Interested in running for a position on our executive board? Sign up for elections using this form! Our in-person elections will take place Tuesday, April 21st. Please prepare a statement/explanation of why you are a good fit for the role you are running for to present to members. If you cannot attend the in-person election, you may submit a video with your statement. Below is a description of each role, for more details visit our instagram.


President: *Must have held a director position prior to running for this position. Ensures that all club operations run smoothly, helps to increase member attendance, and helps contribute to fundraising and member engagement activities. Planning the fashion show: select the overarching theme for Fashion Board Fashion Week and the theme for the Fashion Show Event, select the venue and any other details that go into planning the Fashion Show.

Vice President: Plan and lead all member meetings, coordinate any other events that may pop up, assist the President and rest of exec with other responsibilities that pop up, be a point of contact for members with questions about meetings, etc., coordinates all vendors for the fashion show, and plans Keynote Speaker Event during fashion week.

Director of Public Relations: Mange the fashion board instagram account, mange the USC vintage market instagram account, mange the fashion board tiktok account, gather content, create content related to fashion and the club as well as create engaging and professional captions.

Director of Publications: Create Official Club Merchandise ( Fall club merch and in the Spring for new FBFW specific merch), create promotional materials for the Fashion Board Meetings, Markets, Fundraisers, Pop-Ups, Merch, and FW Events, create all marketing MATERIALS for the fashion Show (prograsms, invitations, save the dates, handouts, etc.).

Treasurer: Handling the organization's bank account, including making deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, managing cash flow to ensure that the organization has enough funds to meet its obligations, managing the organization's finances, including budgeting, financial planning, and overseeing all financial transactions, locate fundraising opportunities on and off campus, and keeping a detailed income/expenses sheet. It's crucial we don’t solely rely on one source of revenue.

Director of Community Outreach: Research retailers/businesses we could work with for the fashion show, create invitation email/sponsorship options to send retailers asking if they would like to be apart of the show or work with our organization, be the point of contact for the retailers and have their contact info for a faster way to communicate, help assist setting up vendor markets, and help send out vendor acceptance texts.

Secretary/Model Coordinator: Create messages relating to important meeting information and deadlines (GroupMe and email), create meeting minutes sheets for exec meetings, create attendance forms for each member meetings and other events, check and post achievements to the LinkedIn, maintain member records by accepting members on garnet gate and our website so that members who have paid dues have official confirmation of membership, host and organize model call: collecting personal information, CHOOSING models for retailers for the show , keeping track of fittings.

Director of Markets: Coordinate monthly vintage markets, help organize with Russel house to reserve Greene Street for the day, create the Vendor application form monthly and choose the vendors for each market, organize for vendors to unload and set up for the day, and unpack EVERYTHING at the end.

DIrector of Design: Coordinate the Fall Design Competition and the Spring Style Competition (during Fashion Week), in charge of the student design competition in the Fashion Show, plan and execute monthly member photoshoots
